Looks beautiful on the counter and works great. My husband, who uses the toaster more than me is thrilled that the toaster seems to have little hands that holds and adjusts to the size of the toast. He was finally able to toast a roll without having to squash it to fit -- and it did not burn. Love it

This is a great toaster. Wide openings for large hogie buns, etc.Settings knob needs a more readable marking for the setting you desire. All it has is a small indentation on the metal knob. It should have a red dot or something easier to see.Overall, a major improvement from our old Crusinart toaster.
