Poor shipping containment. Cheap cardboard for over 100 lbs. of stuff. End of the box was completely pushed out and missing parts. Went to Home Depot for a cheap fix, just inconvienent. Poor quality control OR flawed design. Ends of sections of the tray didn't match up, had to grind off where the ends butt together to prevent binding. Bolt holes didn't line up, had to drill some out to make it work. BE PREPARED FOR SOME MODIFICATIONS TO MAKE THIS WORK. Tray of the dolley NOT wide enough. Stock tires on VSTAR do NOT fit flat in tray. Makes getting on the tray with the bike, VERY SQUIRRELY...it wants to turn HARD in one direction or the other, when getting the bike up on it. Both tires rarely are in tray, I have to push the dolley in one direction while yanking on the back of the bike in the other, to make sure bike is stable in tray. Tray slides all over when trying to drive up on it. Have to brace it so that it doesn't slide. Other than THAT: PERFECT! (sarcasm) ---MY OPINION: Spend a little more...SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHES!!
