i have a small dog and this vac./mop is great.for picking up hair and dog food. i bought one for my mom and my friend. they love it too. for the price it is much better than a mop and broom. i use it all the time. i cant say enough about this product. its awsome.

I purchased this product for my sis for Valentine actually she is still in school and live in an apartment I wanted to give her something useful since she is always on her knees when she mops. So far she loves it. It¿s working properly and she is able mop standing up. I might get one of myself.

This works good for the money. It will not pick up heavy debris but a quick dusting on your bare floors works fine. Mop works just like the swifter.

I recieved my cleaner and haven't used it once. I could not unscrew the cap that attaches to clean water unit.. My nephew had to strip the cap off to attach it to the bottle.. now it is broken before I could use it even once.. It is a cheap piece of junk... I believe it was a manufacturers problem because the screw could not be turned to get it off, thus stripping the part to get it detached... Save your money on this piece of junk.

I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I am pleased with what arrived ... especially given the price.Basically: It is a 'Swiffer Wet-Jet' type of cleaner BUT with a twist. There is a very low power, low suction vacuum meant to pick up those slightly larger pieces of debris that you would ordinarily not just 'Swiffer' right over (if you were a 'Swiffer' user).This is NOT for "CLEANING" .... This is for "Cleaning of already clean hard floors" If you like to wipe down your hardwood floors daily or every other day, then this is the kind of product you should get.I like it for what it does ... and I am one of those people who seems to always make an immediate minor dirty mess right after a rare, but thorough, cleaning.I think Swiffers use disposable wipes whereas this one has washable ones.It is like a 'turbo-charged Swiffer' and not much else. But good enough to buy.

Not exactly what I expected but it is servicable. I thought that it would remove the H2O from the floor as I mopped and this is not the case.

I used this for the first time yesterday & I LOVE IT! It really makes life easier. I did my entire kitchen & bathroom floors in 10 minutes! They smelled lovely & shined, no streaks at all! I do agree that it is not a REAL vacumn for large pieces, as it did not pick up dog food, but this vacumn is the perfect solution for a quick clean up, dust, dirt, crumbs. I owned the swifter wetjet & was spending a fortune on refills & solution. I like how Bissel does not force you to buy only there products as you can wash the cloth (comes with 2) or use any cleaning solution. I have a dog & will keep this hand by the door instead of dragging out the bucket & big old mop. Thanks Bissel for making my life a little easier!

I found this product easy to use and light weight, and the fact that the cleaning cloth can be machine washed makes it even better.

This product is great for everyday vacuuming the kitchen and bath floors. Also for mopping! Good Clean job.

This is the first time I have ever been disappointed by a Bissell product. It is a lovely unit and durable but the vacuum is pretty much useless. On a full charge it only runs for 12 minutes so it would only be good for spot cleaning if it was effective at all but it only picks up the lightest of dust. Another problem occurs when you use the vacuum the pad for the mop has to be in place otherwise you are scraping the bare plastic bottom (that has no wheels or runners) on the floor. So the mop pad gathers all the dirt that the vacuum doesn't pick up then when you flip it to use it as a mop all that dirt turns to mud and you mop that on to the surface of the floor. The moping solution itself with a clean mop pad left my floor dull and streaked. Now I use only the mopping function with different cleaning solution. I will likely never use the vacuum, as I said the vacuum is useless.
