    I had to return the item twice. First the cap would not come off; then a small hole by the handle sprayed burning hot steam on to my hand. This was all within two months of having it. It was a big inconvenience and pain! Never again will I buy this product.

  • Not a commercial strength steamer

    I had hoped this was for real. I have to say, I am tired of returning items here. It took about 15 minutes for this to heat up. It will not keep its pressure. There is a red light and an orange light. After the orange light gooes off it has full pressure and is ready for use. The problem is that the orange light comes on after less than a half of a minute. I timed it. This machine is worthless. Doesn't clean grout. Doesn't clean family use dirt. Another O disappointment. Commercial strength? Not even light household strength!
