I can't speak to this product and its effects, but I've used a steam cleaner on my bathroom tile for 6 years and there has been no grout concern created. It's just very hot water, no chemicals. Should be fine... 2anne on Mar 18, 2013
 
Oops...never mind. i just saw your "UNSEALED" part of your question. My grout is sealed....so ignore my previous response! I have no idea! The hot water may cause some deterioration in the grout...but I'm no expert! 2anne on Mar 18, 2013
