Terrible Waste of Money!
The first time I used this vacuum it seemed okay, I realized the hose was terribly small but suction was okay. The second time was terrible, the front spinning attachment worked once and then broke. The vacuum barely picks anything up, I cannot believe the poor quality of this machine, save yourself the time and get a quality vacuum from a different company!

nice choice
Very simple to put together and ready to go. Simple to clean out the cups. Picks up well. No regrets in this choice

Loud, but good
This vac was a good price, but you pay for it in loudness. It's suction is good, but I am still struggling how to use it on large area rugs. It does a nice job with cat hair, and I like the removable wand. For the money, I would buy it again to get the performance. A more expensive vac, with less noise, would have been nice.

Great product
This vacuum picked up more dirt than I thought was possible. I vacuum every week and I have not seen this much dirt for a long time. I love it!

Bissell 82H1, Great Value
The vaccum does a great job. It picks up really well and it very light to handle, I believe its about 18 lbs. (Since I have a bi-level house this perfect for lugging up and down the stairs.) My only dislike is taking it out the canister, You need stand right over the trash can or you will have dirt escaping when removing.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter for her apartment and she has been absolutely delighted with it. She has been very pleased with its performance on both carpet and hard floors, especially picking up pet hair... This is a powerful vacuum that does what it promises.
