great product! The only problem I had with this was the assembly. The piece that holds the cord didn't fit right because the hole for the screw didn't match up so its not properly secured. The machine does wonders. I used the liquid bissell pet cleaner as nd it fid an awesome job. It got some stains out of my 3 yr olds room and g poo t thay pet smell out!
