I LOVE THIS MOP!! IT IS TH BEST WHEN COMPARED TO THE OTHERS I HAVE OWNED/USED AND HEARD ABOUT FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. PER MY RECOMMENDATION ABOUT 10 FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE BOUGHT THIS MOP AND WE ALL MOVE IT. WE ARE ALL DOG OWNERS AND LOVE THAT WE DO NOT NEED ANY CHEMICALS TO CLEAN. JUST ADD WATER! NO DANGEROUS CHEMICALS LIKE IN A SWIFFER WET MOP (THERE IS ANTI FREEZE IN THERE... HORRIBLE OR PETS AND KIDS!!!!!!!!

I had a Shark Steam mop that was flimsy and broke after eight months. It cleaned well and had great steam, however it was not made very sturdy. I bought the Bissel six months ago and have had nothing but problems. Steam barely exsists. Water pours out the sides and bottom. The machine gets hot to bad the water comes out luke warm if best. Do not waste your money.

Even though I bought this steamer for an excellent price, I should have paid more $$ for better quality. So far I have had to contact Bissell 2 times for replacement parts. First it was leaking and then it wasn't producing any steam. All this within only 6 months of buying it! Plus, I had to pay for one the parts because that piece wasn't covered under warratny! It does get the floors pretty clean and I am still using it. I do wish I had looked at other products first and I likely will not buy another Bissell product.

The mop head is little larger than I like but all steam mops have large mop head. I've searched high low for smaller mop head in the past. However, I had to settle for a larger one and I chose this one! It was little heavier than I thought or wanted but I'm happy with it. I started using my steam mop and love it. I even had my husband try it. And that's so unlike him. LOL! I read some reviews about people having issues with leaking. The reviews also depends on the user. I took a chance and ordered it. I think if you don't set the water bottle in correctly and you don't tighten the rubber washter to the cap, it would cause some leakage. Otherwise, I'm still happy with my little machine.

I really like this little steam mop. I have laminate flooring & can't get it too wet. Doesn't leave much moisture after you pass over an area & dries pretty quick. Very happy with it!

Easiest way to clean your floor. This is the second one I've owned Other one lasted four years. I have used it on laminate, tile and vinyl flooring. Works great on them all.

I have had it for about 4 months and have only used it about six times. It seems to mop up dirt however I have never seen any steam come out of it so I dont know if it faulty or I am not using it right. I will probably buy a new steam mop soon because I dont think this one is accually disinfecting my floor.

THIS IS A GREAT STEAM MOP. IT'S VERY DURABLE AND I HAVE HAD FOR A REALLY LONG TIME. I DECIDED TO ORDER THIS FOR MY SISTER IN LAW, WHO JUST GOT ALL WOOD FLOORS AND NEEDED ONE. I KNOW SHE WILL LOVE IT BECAUSE I AND MY HUSBAND LOVE OURS. GREAT PRODUCT

Product did not steam much at all. I went back to using my bucket and mop technique. I ended up throwing out the steam mop as it was just taking up space.

I previously owned 2 Shark Steam Mops. They seem to wear out after about 6mos. I decided to give the Bissell 3n1 a try. I like the Bissell, but it doesn't seem to do as good a job on our hardwood floors as the Shark. It takes longer for the floors to dry with the Bissell than the Shark, which seems to almost dry instantly. Also, the Shark comes with different sized attachments and has a much longer cord than the Bissell 3n1. Although, I like my purchase of the Bissell, because it does clean the floors, I think the Shark is a better Steam Mop. One other note, of which I found out the hard way. If your home has hard water and you want your steam mop to last, be sure and use distilled water.

I purchased the Euroflex steam mop in Feb and loved it. So I was hoping to get something that would work exactly the same. This did not. It seems to take a bit for the steam to heat up and get going. Mine leaked, a LOT. So much so I had to wipe up the excess water with a towel. I'm sending it back and trying another brand. YOu seem to have to pump the trigger to get the steam to engage. It also has a filter that I thought would be pretty cool but it somehow leaked all the sand like granules and causes a huge mess.

The concept is good, but the construction is very cheap and shoddy. In 3 months use I have to replace the water tank insert AND the water filter stone and it is only THREE MONTHS OLD! The tank insert has a paper thin ring edge on it that is so delicate it just chips and breaks off - then the insert falls into the tank and leaks like a sieve when you try to use it. Your water goes streaming down the back of the machine and on to the floor, soaking your mop head before you even turn it on. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this product. I paid $86 for it right at THREE MONTHS ago and the parts (stone & new tank insert) PLUS SHIPPINg will be $30+. Not worth the money - will NOT recommend this product. I'll be looking to purchase another machine - but it WILL NOT be a BISSELL. My recommentation: DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The concept is good, but the construction of the water tank bottle, insert and cap is VERY cheap and poorly constructed and made. I've had my machine for about 3 months and the tank assembly and the insert need to be replaced. The flimsy ring at the top of the insert is paper thin and when it breaks off the insert falls into the tank & the only thing you can do is replace the insert - which you CAN NOT buy just the black insert that goes on top of the straw inside the bottle. It is VERY poorly designed & constructed. In addition, the filter stone is a joke as it is supposed to be changed when it changes colors. Well, that didn't take but a month and it is expensive to replace. I'm looking at abou $30 in parts PLUS SHIPPING, when I only paid $86 for it brand new - - - what is wrong with this picture ??? I WILL NOT be buying another Bissell Steam Mop, NOR will I buy any other Bissell products as this was such a disappointment. BUY AMERICAN MADE !

In all fairness I had this steam mop before. I purchased it from HSN and it was excellent and lasted for years. When it stopped working(probably because we have hard water) I needed another one right away. I ordered from overstock and used distilled water this time. Unfortuneately this steam mop has never worked as well as the first one I had. It might just be this particular mop is defective.
