Excellent Machine
This cleaner does an excellent job of cleaning carpets. Important to read the instructions carefully as I did not and it did not clean very well. After reading and doing exactly what it said the carpets came out beautiful. Suggest you purchase more solution as the small bottle that comes with the unit will not do a whole room. I am 70 years old and had no problem cleaning the room myself.

Great Cleaner
I am very pleased with this cleaner. It is very easy to use and I have no problem filling with solution and emptying the water. Before I bought this machine, the only complaint was having to empty and refill often. If you want the capability of a larger container than you would need to purchase a more expensive machine. great cleaner
I used this cleaning machine on my carpet and also my tile floors. It worked great in both areas. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the tile floor attachment did not come with this cleaner. I would pay a few dollars more and get the one with the attachment.

refurbished but broken
water would not come out, heater did not work, would not suck up any water that did come out and front of machine had stress cracks from the screws and the bottom where the brushes are is all cracked

good for the money
It has the suction power of Bissels more expensive machine without the frills I have had on the more expensive Bissell models. I Miss the carry handle, separate cleaner solution container, and larger tank. It does the same job. I have 2 dogs so I use it often on both carpet and kitchen floor.

Carpet cleaner
Works quite well. Just as advertised. Light enough to use without wearing yourself out. Tank is a little small . This product is on my buy again if needed.

FANTASTIC PRICE! Exactly what I was looking for.
I've had one of these rug cleaners for years and it finally died on me. This item is EVEN BETTER than the older version. Attachments make it MUCH easier to use and it worked just perfectly. It almost dries the carpets as you're scrubbing them.

Good for cleaning small areas
For cleaning small areas this cleaner is great. It does a very good job cleaning and the water pick up suction is very good. The tank is pretty small, but overall I do recommend the rug cleaner.

Perfect for the pet owner.
I love this carpet shampooer. It's easy to use and works very well. I have a house with light beige carpets, three cats, and two dogs. The dogs are constantly tracking dirt in. I use this shampooer every couple months and it's really amazing how much dirt comes out of the carpet. There's also some extra attachments, I think for cleaning couches and whatnot, but I haven't tried those yet. I'd recommend this deep cleaner to anyone - it's very high-quality.

bissell proHeat carper cleaner
This product (current model and previous version that I had) has always compared nicely with commercial cleaners that you can rent. Does an excellant job of cleaning very deep stains. Easy to use and this model is narrower and easier to use. Wish any of them had better cleaning on the edges/sides.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. had the previous model and this compares nicely - one change was not to have a separate resevoir for cleaning solution. While I understand why they did this, I like presoaking the carpet wtih just water and then rinsing with just water. So you have to prepare the water tank separately without solution to do this.
