This saved my carpet. My dog had to stay inside due to an illness and never got the hang of the "pee pad". I thought my carpet was done for and I was so embarrassed as to what it looked like. But this Bissell got out weeks old stains that I previously struggled over. It has served me well during recent non-doggy accident (kids spilling soda, spaghetti sauce and once vomit.) I wish the head of the vaccum tool was a little larger and I have some pet hair that is suck in the area that sucks the moisture out of the carpet. But overall, I am thrilled with my purchase.

I was very pleased with this purchase. Delivery was quick and I love using this for when my kitty throws up. It works very well at cleaning up the messes, even if they aren't found immediatly. I have two male Chihuahuas that continually urinate indoors! I received a bottle of Bissell shampoo and used according to directions. I loved the ease of use and the way it cleaned. I am awaiting the Bissell pet shampoo to use on the carpet. This little machine worked wonders on the spot I used it on.

Got this mainly for cleaning the carpet in our 5th wheel. Works really well. After the first tank, I realized to cut back on soap. After I cleaned the carpet, went back thru with the machine with no soap in it. Also had a spray bottle of water to help suck up more of the soap left behind. But over all, really glad I did purchase the unit. Wish it had a longer handle because had to do the cleaning on my hands and knees.

I read all trhe reviews and decided to purchase this for cleaning the car upolstery and indoor chairs. Very poor in quality and hardly no suction. JUNK

This little machine is great for cleaning up after the dog or dirty footprints. You can store the cleaning solution in the machine, so no need to mix a new batch each time it is used. Has great suction, and easy to clean the tanks. The heater feature really works--heats the cold solution right up. Would recommend this over the pet spotbot, because I think that one would be overkill.

I like this little portable steam cleaner. It works good on spot cleaning rugs or furniture. I wish the suction device worked better...Worth the money, I own an upright steam cleaner and wanted one to clean spots from carpets and cars, etc.
