For the money and the size of our home...this does a great job. The fact that it filters the air too is a big plus.. highly recommend for the price.

Although the humidifier is big and somewhat bulky, it gets the job done! Convenient to move since it is on wheels, it can be brought from room to room without difficulty. Controls allow you to adjust to different conditions. It's big, but if you want humidity, this model will bring it.

I have had the product for almost 2 months. It is not noisy and uses up the water. The cold air it blows keeps room temperature cool (so furnace goes on more, even when set at 62). Even though I fill the tanks at least every 2 days the humidity level has never gone above 38 (it is set at 50% which is recommended) so it runs constantly. I am not sure if it is insufficient or my house/ air is too dry?. I would recommend because it is not noisy and it is obviously using up the water....

I am very pleased with this product. It runs quietly, it is not all that big and cumbersome. The only negative is having to carry a drippy and quite heavy water tower to and from the unit when having to refill. Otherwise, it is serving its purpose very well, great value for the money and easy to care for. I am particularly pleased with how quietly it runs and the house has a nice level of humidity without any residual dampness anywhere. It covers a very large area. Good product.

I love this. I did not realize when I ordered that it also had an air cleaner that ran when moisture was not needed. This makes it do double duty. The only problem I see is that I will have to order replacement filters because I can not find them locally. However, I live in a small town. In a larger town you may find them. The removable dual water tanks makes filling easier because they run out at different times unless you let it run completely dry. That way I take one tank to refill at a time.

Very good humidifier. Works great in this 1700 sf ranch. Guitars and other wooden instruments and furnishings, as well as your family will appreciate properly humidified air, especially in the winter months. This thing has an air filter, two easy to carry jugs for refilling. Accurate digital humidistat. Control fan speeds, set desired relative humidity and turn it on to your prefered fan speed. Will keep a small house at the proper humidity that you set.

This is by far the best humidifier I've ever used. I highly recommend it expecially if you have small children. Not only is it stylish looking, it works superb! One of the best investment I've ever made. This was my first purchase at Overstock. I keep coming back for other merchandise.

Easy to put together and looks great. Works great, though a little noisey. Also one wheel keeps falling out when you pick up the unit.

Works well, little maintenance. Tanks are a little heavy needs a fairly strong person to lift them. Needs filling every 4 days. Cleaning and maintenance is easy and minimal. Only complaint is that it is a little noisy if on the medium setting, we are in high altitude 6.5K+ feet and need medium setting, so we turn it down at night to low.

I know the humidifier was a great buy because I had purchased one some years ago and paid much more for the same product. This might have been my first purchase but I can guarantee you that it's not my last.

I purchased one of these and liked it so much I purchased another one for a separate part of the house. I live in a very dry climate and it has helped tremendously with the humidity level in my home. The air seems cleaner and clearer too. I was a little skeptical about the amount of electricity it would consume but after checking my monthly electricity bill, I noticed no unexpected changes. Highly recommended!

I got this about a month ago because I got tired of waking up with sore throat. It's pretty dry here all year round in Colorado Springs due to the high altitude. I definitely noticed my skin not itching after about 3 days. It is set on low at 55% and it does run constantly because we do have very high vaulted ceiling. The noise level isn't too bad after you get used to the low humming, almost like a floor fan noise. It does get pretty loud on medium and high setting. I don't have problem with the tank not draining as other reviewers did, may be their floors aren't level? After I fill up both tanks, they last about 3 days. It is pretty big, but not so big that it gets in the way, it's about the size about a small suitcase and we have it sitting in a corner wall. I only wish they had a different model where you can switch from cool mist to warm mist for the winter, but I didn't notice that it made the room that much cooler.

my bionaire is just what I had hoped for it almost operates itself with hardly any maintenance whatsoever. It's very quiet and distributes a large volume or a very low volume of humidity throughout my home . Although I feel the company should have provided at least two new spare water filters at their own expense that would have really been nice. I'm also not totally crazy about the on off- light . The light seems to always indicate that the machine is on even when all dials clearly are turned off you have to unplug the machine to turn out the light. And for some reason only one of my tanks will empty.

This product is ok...It doesn't work very well. With the size you would think it would do a lot better. Would not recommend.

The water tanks were leaking when I filled them up. The one tank fell completely apart. The filter gauges do not work on either humidifer.
