This did arrive with a hand size black mark on the foot reclining part, know I can probably get it out with some stain remover/cleaner - not worth sending it back as it isn't that noticeable!! Packaged very well for shipping, myself (female) & my 14 year old son carried into our house from the garage & put it together (back comes in 3 pieces & they just snap down & in place). Looks great, works great, very sturdy... BUT VERY FIRM!!! In the picture it does look fluffy, comfortable, cozy... but very firm... I hope with time & use it will soften up!! But looks & acts like it will hold up with our 4 kids!! The recliners don't tip the back of the couch back very far ( maybe 2 inches) - mainly just lifts your legs up!! We love the color & the fabric the couch is made of!! Great couch for the price! Gave it an overall 4 due to how EXTRA FIRM IT IS!!!

It's so wondeful. Youcan reline all the way back and sleep like a baby.

Once my order was received I was called by overstock a week later to set up delivery. i had this couch not even 2 weeks after my order was recieved, it was nice. Upon delivery the driver helped get it inside my house (I have 5 steps leading to my door) after we got it in I started to unwrap it. it comes in a lot of plastic and cardboard. there are also small wood pieces screwed into the bottom to help protect the frame, its easy to unscrew and there are only 5-6 each top and bottom on the underside. After unwrapping it you take the back pieces and slid them into place, it clicks and your ready to go. its really easy. As said in an earlier review, this couch is very firm, but its not that bad. you start to break it in. its a really nice couch and considering some of the prices ive seen for couches in stores, this is perfect for me. the ends recline pretty far back. i would just recommend a pillow, doesnt seem like you have a lot of next support when reclined all the way back watching TV. Have a vacuum ready to clean up any of the smaller wood chips that may have chipped off during shipping.

The purchase of trhe sofa and loveseat are a nice addition to my living room. The sofa was easy to assembly by sliding the backs on the metal rails installed in the softa. The seats recline easily as well.

I would reccomnd this sofa to anyone and do reccomend it to all that I see.I like the features of dual recliners.There was fast shipping and easy to put together. I love this couch !!
