I like it I couldn't originally get it to spin but realized the directions help a lot..so initially I did not like it but I tried it again the right way and I honestly can't complain. Beats ringing out the mop yourself.. the only issue is it's still manual in ways and dumps far too much water in the "dirty" side. not sure why it needs two different compartments because you are technically rinsing it in the "clean" which by the second use really isn't clean anymore.. I'm a huge steam mop fan..but I like this for things the steam mop doesn't do.. I would buy it again.

Great Mop I bought this mop for my Mom, who has used spin mops in the past. She likes this one the best. It has two separate containers so dirty water and clean water are separate, and a spring loaded handle for easier ring out. Easy to empty dirty water, and easy to use. She is happy with it.
