Picture is very deceiving. We tried the Big Boss the very first day we received it! It doesn't fry chicken as you on the picture. Fries have to be laid on a single layer not like in the pic and it's very limited to how much food you can put in there. We followed the chicken fried recipe which consisted of corn flakes and buttermilk and it was a complete disaster! The chicken was dry and it took forever to cook! Would not recommend it! Definitely buying a REAL fryer!

makes great no fat french fries In general add 5 mins to recommended cooking time, but makes great fries, excelent fried fish and onion rings. The fried chicken is cooked through, moist and tasty, but not like real fried chicken. The product is great for preparing meals for one or two people. I am happy with my purchase.
