A little lightweight for a floor fan.
It performs well in that it moves alot of air and has a smooth sound but I was expecting something a little more heavyweight. It does seem a bit tipsy and lightweight. It's quiet for a floor fan with a bit higher pitch.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? It appeared more metallic color in picture and grey in person.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Smooth sound and moves a lot of air but a bit flimsy.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Pretty accurate but would mention it's not a heavyweight fan.

big dissapointment-save your money
poor quality overall- this fan looks sturdy - but it skips across smooth floor surfaces making it dangerous to use. Fan is also extremely noisy.

It gives a really big breeze.
This was used at a vacation house and really kept us comfortable. Very powerful.

This Fan Blows!
We purchased a few of these fans to help us dry out our basement after the torrential rains from the 2011 hurricane season. We chose these fans because unlike a box fan they do not sit flat on the floor, so if the floor is still damp, then the fan unit and blade system would be suspended above any water. I do not advocate using electrical devices near or in water unless they are intended for those purposes; however, due to the design of this fan I am more comfortable placing it on a damp or slightly wet floor then I would be with a standard box fan. Additionally, the fan swivels up and down - so, a preferred angle of air flow may be established. To date these fans have been great - easy to assemble, three speeds, swivel up and down for optimal angle and move the air exceptionally well. Once the weather warms up we plan on using them on our screened in porch to help cool things off, as well as on our patio to create an artificial breeze to make it difficult for mosquitoes to fly, hover and hang around in our backyard. I would not leave the fans outside; however, they are light enough and easy enough to move in and outdoors as needed. So, if you want a really functional fan that definitely blows, then this it.
