I ordered the Natural Oak chairs with black vinyl seat covers, and had them shipped to my father who lives a couple hours' drive away. The chairs arrived on time and don't seem to be damaged. The problem is that they sent the WRONG ones. My father is 83 and vision impaired, so he thought they looked a little dark but guessed they matched his dining table well enough. When I arrived for a visit a few weeks later, I was immediately disappointed -- these were not natural oak with black seats; they were a medium-dark stain (cherry?) with brown vinyl seats. Thanks, Overstock, for just substituting a color that you had in stock,, or perhaps the problem is that they were mis-labeled in the warehouse. Either way, it is too late for me to send them back. I do think they are nice chairs and good quality for the price; we are just disappointed. It makes you question whether to order online again. This is a definite downside to shopping where you can't see the product in person, only a photo. I should have bought locally anyway -- lesson learned.
