GET THEM BEFORE THEY'RE GONE! Soft, yet squishy, floppy, yet -- can't describe these pillows. It does feel like a light gel inside. PERFECT FOR BELLY AND SIDE SLEEPERS! Quality and appreance is lovely. I was pleasantly surprised. Ive been on a pillow quest for 2 yrs. Here they are. And they're here to stay. Going to order 4 more to put away. Come and get them before they're gone. Perfect in every way possible. Enjoy!

As always my purchase from Overstock was exactly as described. Gel Fiber is a whole new type of filling. They fluff up beautifully & yet they squish up for comfort. This is my second set & we love them.

My daugher's family and I slept on this type of pillow at Key West Resort at Disney World last September. They were the best pillows I had ever slept on, and I commented to my daughter that I needed to find out where to get some. She found them on Overstock and ordered one for me to use when I visited and one for herself. After using my new pillow at my daughter's house, I ordered two for myself to use at home. They are wonderful- soft, but with enough support for my damaged neck. They were also a very good price on Overstock. Thank you..

Very disapointing - should have read ALL the reviews. Not good for a side sleeper. Pillow is way to soft and using two is toooooo much!

I just love these gel pillows! I use both of them at a time because as they conform to your head and neck, they tend to flatten a little. My ten year old son won't sleep with any other pillow ! I have used these for six months now and are very happy! Restful sleeping to all!!

After having a favorite squishy pillow for a long time, I finally found a pillow that can take it's place. This pillow conforms to your head and neck, and has not gone flat or hard over time. I wish I had bought two more.

I've been using down pillows because--well, I just always used them, and I found other poly-filled pillows excruciatingly uncomfortable because they didn't have the "give" I was accustomed to from using down pillows. However, for quite some time I've been waking up with pain or stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I had spinal fusion surgery as a child (12 vertebrae fused to correct a spinal curvature), and as a result I tend to get discomfort in my hips and neck/shoulders as these are the parts of my spine that are still mobile. I was on overstock.com purchasing a holiday gift for my mother when I saw these pillows. I figured I'd try them--the price seemed reasonable and it looked as though they'd solve my neck and shoulder issues. I just got my Beyond Down pillows yesterday and slept on them last night. I could feel my head sinking into the gel-like material and the support my neck and shoulders were getting. I sleep on my side a lot, and I think this is what has been causing my discomfort. This morning I woke up for the first time in literally years without having pain or stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I'd definitely recommend this product, especially if you have similar back issues and sleep on your side. Because I just got the pillows last night, I can't review the fabric quality (in terms of durability)--but it looks and feels good.

I was so excited when the pillows arrived, but not so excited when sleeping on them the first night. I actually woke up with a stiff neck after the first two nights I used them. My husband asked me where I got them and he was not happy with them either. Too soft, when you lay your head on them they squish down to nothing. Double them up and or put them under another pillow and they are usable, but not what I expected for the price!

Received these pillows a few weeks ago. I love them. I had read all the reviews prior to buying. Since received these pillows may have lost a little fluffiness....if so, not much. I went from down pillows that were old and flat to these. I had tried the 'temperpedic' pillows and found them too hard. These are very nice and I recommend,

I bought one for me and gave one to my mother. My mother has terrible allergies and LOVES it! She is not sniffling during the night and is very comfortable. I like it, but just wish it was a little fuller because I am a side sleeper. I use a flat pillow underneath and it is comfy. It is not the Ultimate pillow for me, but the best so far.

THESE PILLOWS ARE INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM DOWN IN MY OPINION. GREAT FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES. THEY CONFORM TO YOUR HEAD AND NECK WHILE SLEEPING, BUT FLUFF UP NICELY AFTERWARDS. NO COMPLAINTS HERE, GREAT DEAL.

Very soft and fluffy pillows that don't get lumpy with use. I have been using a set of king sized pillows for several months now. They mimic down better than any synthetic down I have tried. They have that same squishability of down and so can be forced into the shape that you like the way down can be shaped. They are not firm pillows the way a down/feather mixture is firm but they are instead soft the way a 100% down pillow is soft. I am a side sleeper and find them very comfortable since they have plenty of filling. A very high quality fabric was used as the cover and so overall I give this pillow five stars.

I am very picky about my pillows. I have several real latex foam pillows that I really like. I just wanted to try something different. I really like these pillows so far. They squish up and will give you as much fluff and suport as your want. They are very soft to the touch. I would recommend them to anyone that likes a real soft to the touch pillow that will also give you more thickness if you want that, too.

These pillows are now a couple of weeks old. Yes, they are comfortable, they have retained their shape so far, but I can't figure out what the deal is on the gel. They don't feel very different, and there's nothing listed on the materials tag to support the fact they do, in fact, have some sort of gel. Go figure. NIce pillows, I don't regret them, they're just not drastically different than any pillow I've had.

This pillow is soft and still supports my neck and spine better than any down or foam pillow. I can punch it up to watch TV in bed, then just adjust slightly and go to sleep. My head does not get hot and it keeps its shape to support my neck and spine. I am a side sleeper that ends up on my back. Best pillow I've ever bought---and I've bought alot of expensive pillows!!

Great product IF you want to throw away some of your money OR don't really want to rest your head on a PILLOW at all! I chose the medium weight due to another person's warning, but evidently I should have chosen the most filled one .... and I don't like a heavily stuffed pillow!!
