Good fridge, but damaged parts every time
This fridge is perfect for having two 5-gallon kegs on tap. The feature of having the CO2 tank housed externally is a great idea. The quality of the fridge and parts seems good, but watch out for damages. Not sure if it is Fedex's fault (they were seen being fairly rough with the package) or if Overstock just needs to pack it all more safely, but I've ordered 2 of these and had to have parts repaired prior to use both times. On one the CO2 regulator was bad (leaky) and on the other one of the metal sleeves that screw the tap to the tower was bent out of shape. I will buy more of these because they are perfect for my usage, but I know I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that they arrive in good shape.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I have ordered 2 of these. One time the metal sleeve that screws one of the taps onto the tower was bent out of shape. The other time it came with a leaky regulator. Both were fixed locally by a brew shop because I didn't have the time to send them back for replacements. So I can't rate return service.

Does not keep the beer cold - returned for refund
I purchased it as a gift for my beer loving boyfriend. He tried several different solutions to make the keg keep the beer cold. Ultimately, after ruining a few kegs, we decided that the keg was not a good product and returned it for a refund. It was a disappointment because he was excited about having his own cold brew available on tap.

Very average with flaws
Not a stellar product. Pouring is difficult: you have to pretty much turn the carafe uside down to pour when it's about halfway full, plus it drips everywhere. It keeps the contents hot for quite a while. Not sure how long it'll last. If you don't need one this size ASAP, keep looking.

Works excellent!
I am very pleased with the 2 qt thermal carafe. It keeps beverages very hot for many hours.
