Cooks unevenly
The oven has a single element on the top and on the bottom. This causes browning to occur in a patchy pattern. It also results in uneven doneness. I underestimated the size because 9 liters was not that meaningful to me. A size of 8 inches wide by 6 inches deep by 5 inches high would have been meaningful to me, therefore it was smaller than I expected and did not meet my needs. This was my first toaster oven. What I was looking for was something I could use instead of my large oven because my husband and I are empty nesters and I don't need the capacity of a large oven for every day cooking.

It works well
I'm happy w/the toaster oven. The icons printed on it are universal & a bit hard to follow. The removable tray warped soon after being exposed to heat but that's no big deal. I am careful to not turn the timer knob back as I'm sure the spring mechanism would brake. There is an OFF setting: the heat turns off but the timer runs it's course.
