The manufacturer does not support his product. It has been discoontinued and replacement parts are not available.

I used it three times to make smoothies and on the fourth time.....it broke. It does say there is a warranty, so I will try sending it back but that is a hassle.

After looking over several blenders to purchase as a gift this one fit the bill. Quality appliance with an economical price and was used within hours of being opened!!! A three button speed selection takes the guess work out of the multi-buttoned, what does this do, models! Thanks!!!!

This a great blender for the price it sold for on Overstock. It only has three settings (lo, hi, and pulse) but honestly, I have never in my life understood why blenders needed 18 speeds...must be hard for the makers to come up with synonyms for "blend" to label each speed, I imagine. I use this blender for smoothies so my only disappointment is that even with the powerful motor and the 6 blades, I still find unblended chuncks of frozen fruit in my smoothies even after blending for a minute or so. Someday, I hope to find a blender that will blend all my fruit, but for now this blender is a great cost-effective addition to my kitchen.

There was considerable smoke from a blade gasket burning at the base of the blender on the first use but once removed it ran fine. Also the cushion pads fall off the bottom of the blender when the unit is slid across a surface. Still, a decent blender and half the price of the Waring.

This is a very good blender for the price and in my opinion looks more expensive then it is. I actually had to order this as a replacement. I had delicious frozen margarita in the blender and needed to clean it so put hot hot water in the glass carafe and it cracked. I have to say though this was my fault and I think would have happened with any blender. The blades work well and can crush up large chunks of ice to make delicous frozen concoctions (my favorite!)

I got this a while ago to replace the old one i had. It had too many buttons. This one is easy like the ones at the bar or the smoothie shop. The best is that with the glass jar it stays cleanerVery Happy with it

Low, high, and pulse: what else does a blender need to be able to do? Simple, efficient and powerful. The six blades make a noticeable difference vs. the four our old blender had.

The first time I used the blender it broke immediately. The screw on the bottome that holds the blade unscrewed and came off. Therefore it didn't blend. Thanks to a handy boyfriend he was able to put the screw back on and now it works again. But was really disappointed that it broke within seconds of first using it.

Although this blender only has two speed, it gets the job done. The blades on the machine are relentless. It's very durable and looks good on my kitchen counter.

Good for making milkshakes. Never had this product before and it is very easy to use. It has three modes of operation. My teens have been going through lots of ice creams since we purchased it. It was a good find.

I have only had this product for two weeks, but it has been great so far. It's a good looking blender. Plus the 500 watts is a power house. And you can't beat the price.

I purchased this blender Model No. IM-600S in July 2007,by September 2007, the Safety Base/ Retaining Ring has broken.Cannot buy this simple replacement part.

The power of this machine is awesome. The minor problems I have with this machine is the lack of controls (high and low only no pulse button), the lid is some sort of rubber (which is ok for cold drinks but not so ok when you put hot pea soup to puree) and the lid also makes it a little difficult to take the little plastic part off to emulsify dressings and mayo's. Over all the sheer power and value over weigh this in convince.
