I purchased this product after reading other customer reviews. Once it arrived, it was fairly easy to put together. However, as noted in other reviews, a power tool is helpful in installing the brackets. Once put together, it does have a commercial quality as well as being attractive for any kitchen. It does not wobble at all. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Although I had to assemble; the assembly was easy and the quality of stools was good. I would have paid $175 - $200 for them at a store.

Looked for counter stools for our new prep island in our remodeled kitchen. Everything I found were either too big and would hang into the aisle of the kitchen too far or they were basic like these but cheap looking. These look very nice, stylish and perfect to slip out and use but put back into the kickspace of the island and be out of the way. They are solid and easy to assemble for the most part. The wood is so hard that I had trouble without a little help from a power tool to install the brackets. But well worth it and great looking! Thanks O!

The stools are exactly what I needed for our kitchen bar. Look great, slide under the bar out of the way and are comfortable for having a beer while Hubby cooks shrimp and oysters!!!! Assembly does not take too long even for a woman !!!

I ordered 6 saddle stools and 1 of them came missing 2 screws. It was just an extra pain to go to home depot and match the screws so I could put together the final stool. Love the stools but gave a 3 star review because of the extra work I had to go to.

I ordered these stools and the first one I was able to put together in a snap. Then on the second stool, one side of the seat part was misshapen and I couldn't get the legs to go on. I call on a Sunday to Customer Service and they never contacted their parts department, so I called back a day or two later and my replacement seat is on its way. Replacement seat arrives and it is not the right one - looks similiar, but the legs wouldn't fit at all. This was on a Saturday, and of course after calling Customer Service, the Parts Dept is closed again...no follow-up and I call back on Wednesday. I spoke with Parts and hopefully my next shipment from them will be my final shipment. All this for two bar stools?? Not thrilled. I've spent about $**, but waited for about 3 weeks now to get this resolved. Customer Service and Parts have been very nice and gracious, but I'm not sure it justifies the time waiting for correct pieces, 4 phone calls (so far), and cost for 2 bar stools...and I'm still waiting.
