  This bed is gorgeous. It sits exactly as it looks online and gives the room a great, clean, modern look. Very sturdy, and with my two kids ages 3 and 4, it gets tested. I bought this with a queen size memory foam mattress, and now my bedroom is my sanctuary. Absolute value without sacrificing quality at this price. Amazing, and I'm a happy, well rested mama.

  This is a very nice and sturdy bed. It had 4 cross supports as well as supports to the floor down the center. It's much nicer than you think it's going to be. It's a slightly bronze color, which my calibrated monitor showed, but some said it looked black on their monitors, so just take note. I would not put this bed in a child's room, if you're considering it because the holes are actually large enough for a small head to go through, but for an adult of teenage room, it's perfect. I put it together myself, which took a little extra time just because of logistics, but the instructions were easy to follow. One caveat on assembly - there are two sizes of the smallest screws, which I missed if it was mentioned in the instructions. You'll need the smallest ones for the cross supports, so save them until last.

  The bed is solid, the headboard is heavy and solid, the anchoring points between headboard and main beams are quality. The downside of this bed are the mattress supporting beams. Although they provide enough support for the mattress. their quality does not compare to the rest of the bed, this is the weak point of the bed because this beams are the ones that cause the squeaking after just 15 months of use; Me an my wife are slim and about 5'10". If you buy this bed I recommend you to upgrade to better quality supporting beams.

  I purchased this bed for my new condo. It is very sturdy and works great with the memory foam mattress that I also purchased here on Overstock. The bed was pretty easily and quickly assembled by two people. The color was a little bit different that I was expecting. I was expecting it to be deep grey based on the pictures, but it is more of a brown wood with a light and thin grey overtone. It definitely grew on me quickly and it looks great in my bedroom.
