This bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever had. I also own another memory foam bed but it is harder and I think the medium one is more comfy. I love bedtime because I fall asleep within 20-30 mins.

If you want a firm bed than this would be your choice. It came to me and it is firmer than I wanted. Not soft like the picture shows.

I accidently ordered the firm model instead of the softer model. And it is firm. However, I did purchase a 2 inch memory foam topper and its nearly perfect.

I guess I was expectating a softer foam mattress than what I received. It's too firm. I'll have to purchase a mattress topper next.

I ordered "Soft" and it is still too firm. Comfortable enough, but it is not as comfortable as my other memory foam mattress.

I bought this for my daughter & she finds it a bit too firm, but I think adding an egg crate foam will fix that.

This mattress is too firm to use by itself--if I knew it was so firm that I'd have to get an additional topper, I would have bought another mattress. I prefer firm mattresses, but this is unacceptable.

Its way too firm. It feels cheap in that way. Like something you had as a child because your parents gave the kids the crummy beds.

Expensive mistake getting this in medium. Can't return it, can't fix it. Tried it for several nights, my ribs were sore.
