The product was delivered damaged twice. The chair appears to have been repaired at the factory a chipped corner was glued back on. The table was sent back to UPS due to damage and was returned damaged a second time. I repaired it myself and asked for part of my money back and was credited $***. This was OK but I think it should have been $300.
