I received the mattress and box spring and within a month and a half there was a noticable sag on my side of the bed. I weigh 135. Each night I would roll into this sag. I took photos and sent them to Overstock who promised an exchange. I received an email from a manufacturer's representative and "they are looking into it." I received notice that an exchange has been shipped. However, with conflicting calls and comments, I am not certain that a replacement will be shipped. Also, if a replacement is received I hope that it is of high quality. It makes me wonder if the products sold on Overstock are "damaged or did not pass quality inspection" and therefore are offered to Overstock to sell to consumers. I look forward to following up on my comments here with what happens next. I should also mention that I have ordered from Overstock in the past and have been very satisfied.
