I have never purchased a pillow online before but had previously purchased Beautyrest in retail stores. I was primarily looking for the sidebands because I believe that helps a pillow keep its shape much longer.The pillow is firm but not hard and was easy to adjust from the one it replaced. Great pillow, great price(it was the lowest price I could find for the standard and PIMA style.
