We had a pilowtop which we had to replace, bought a very firm mattress due to back issues, so hard had lots of other aches, due to the great reviews, purchased mattress topper, and what a difference, such a comfortable bed now and didn't pay the price for pillowtop mattress, thanks for the positive feed back made my search easy
I'm on my second expensive mattress set in 5 years, because my back has been killing me. One night on this mattress pad and my back pain was reduced by more than half. Two nights and it was all but gone. I'd have not thought it possible. I'm delighted!
This is my second purchase. It has turned a overly firm mattress into a dream bed. Just soft enough to make side-sleeping comfortable with no bone aches. I can highly recommend this mattress topper.
Over a month ago I bought this for my too firm latex mattress in my guest bedroom, based on the positive reviews. I only tried it last night for the first time, because I've had it airing out for the whole time in the hopes that the chemical smell would go away. It has lessened greatly, but I was surprised at how long that took. The smell came through a thick quilted mattress pad I put over it. I was pleased by the cushioning--it seems to give very good support and comfort. I will probably end up being very pleased with it, but be warned about the smell.
