I need to make sure that this mattress is "NOT" rated as a firm mattress. I have recently purchased a Beautyrest queen Nicole pillowtop that is way to firm for me. Since this is will be an online purchase and can not be returned if it has been opened I was going to try to do some research on it. I you can help anyway with this question it would be appreciated.
