The delivery of this mattress set was FANTASTIC. We received this mattress a couple of weeks after purchase, the delivery company called, delivered and installed the mattress and hauled away the old set. They were polite and prompt. The mattress set itself states "plush firm". We did go and lay on some plush firms at other stores, this one is much firmer than what you would lay on in a store. Had to add back a memory foam topper to soften it up. It is, however, VERY supportive, and I hardly feel my husband at all (and we have wood flooring, I bet with carpet I wouldn't feel a thing). With the foam topper it has been wonderful (we've had it a month now). Just know that this is definitely on the firm side, but we were able to adjust with a memory foam topper. Would highly recommend buying a mattress from o.co!!
