I was so hopeful when I ordered this mattress, because it claims to be firm, which is what I need to sleep well. From the very first night I slept on it, I knew I was in trouble, because it definitely does not feel firm. I have been waking up with a backache every morning for the month that I have had it. And being a non-refundable purchase, I am out of luck with overstock.com who will not stand behind the purchase of this mattress. Maybe I was foolish for ordering a mattress without laying on it first, but I trusted to overstock.com to be honest and truthful in describing the quality of the set.

We're been using this mattress for a month now, and we love it! We're sleeping more comfortably and more soundly. It's the perfect amount of firmness! One thing that may be a problem after a while- we did notice that there are already indents on both of our sides. I don't feel like that should happen after only a month, although I'm sure it would likely happen eventually. Not loving our "valleys", but still happy overall.

An average mattress set, worth the discounted price Overstock is selling for. For the coil count, I was expecting less movement in the bed, however I agree that this mattress is the right amount of firmness/softness as indicated in the description. If you're used to higher-quality mattresses, you'll notice the difference. If not, you'll still appreciate the good value. I would recommend this set for the value and also our delivery was excellent.

i am very please with this purchase. for a reasonable amount of money i got a mattress that is perfect for my needs! Mattresses preferences vary for everybody. For me, this mattresses has the right combination of firmness... which allows me to sleep really well... and plushness... which keeps me from wanting to crawl out in the morning. This is toward the bottom of the beautyrest line, which has more coils than the beautysleep line. In my opinion, it is much better to have a basic beautyrest, than the fanciest beautysleep.

rated by Consumer Reports as best in class and I have to agree. Purchased for my son and I have slept there myself it is so comfortable with the right amount of firmness and softness.
