White glove home deliveries require a 4-hour window to complete delivery; this includes delivery of the mattress, set-up in the room of your choice, removal of all packaging and debris and removal of your old mattress upon request. Dont buy unless you like "sinkholes" in the middle
It seemed pretty firm when I got it, but that was what it said, so do be aware of that. That I am fine with. However, after a few weeks I noticed some "sinkholes" in the center of the bed, where my bottom would be. I thought it was in my head at first so I tried to ignore it. Then at 2 months, I definitely can measure divots, grooves or sinkholes, whatever you want to call them. It wasn't flat, and your butt sinks. It makes sleeping on your stomach impossible by the way. Either way, according to the warranty, the grooves have to be over 1.75" to be considered for replacement. Mine is more like 1.5", It's going to be an uphill battle...great. All I can say is, don't buy this specific model. Buy one with more reviews!!! I tried finding the exact same specs at the physical stores to feel more confident, and this seemed like a match with the dimensions, but there are too many variables when shopping online. It could be a different manufacturer under the Beautyrest brand or something, it's not a good quality mattress!

fantastic bed
Love this bed! I prefer a firm mattress and was not sure about purchasing a pillow top. So glad I did. It is the right combination of firm and soft. I am 8 months pregnant and did not know what I was missing. Seriously, the first two nights on this mattress were the best rest I have had in a long time. Not to mention that the bed was $900.00 less than what we were looking to spend at our local store. Shipping was on time and professional. Overstock.com has consistently been a great experience for me.

Excellent Mattress
My husband and I love our new mattress. At first we thought the bed was a little firm, but once we slept on the bed for two nights it was perfect! We have slept very well thanks to our new mattress. The delivery guys took our old mattress and brought our new one 2 weeks from the day I ordered the mattress on Overstock.com. We are very pleased with this mattress and I would recommend it for sure. I wasn't quite sure about ordering a mattress online, but I am glad I did! The shipping/delivery cost on Overstock really helped when you live in a city and can't transport the mattress yourself. We saved $100 right there!
