White glove home deliveries require a 4-hour window to complete delivery; this includes delivery of the mattress, set-up in the room of your choice, removal of all packaging and debris and removal of your old mattress upon request. Very comfortable mattress!
We have been sleeping on this mattress for one week and it is the most comfortable mattress we've owned. My husband sleeps on his side and I sleep on my stomach -- we both find this mattress very comfortable. The order and delivery process was easy and convenient. The gentlemen who delivered the mattress were on time and very professional. We would highly recommend this mattress and Overstock.com. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

no support too soft
This mattress looks great on outside, but my back hurt after sleeping on it the first night. I gave it a week as I was hoping it was just that my body was accustomed to my old mattress, but I sitll wake with back aches after sleeping on it two weeks now. I think it is too soft and mushy. I am not happy with this mattress, It seems to have no support. I am disappointed because usually I like the merchandise I receive from Overstock. Maybe this Beuatyrest is defective;.

This mattress is terrible. It is very poorly constructed. We like a soft mattress, but this is not soft; it's just very poorly made. It has no support and is totally uneven. It feels like your sleeping on a mattress that has been folded and bent and run over. My husband I have backaches every morning after sleeping on this horrible thing. The worst part is that it's virtually impossible to return it b/c we bought it through Overstock (a company that we have been super pleased with up until now). We removed the plastic and it's an oversized item. As a result, if we were to return it, we would pay the true shipping costs for both the delivery adn the return, which would add up to several hundreds of dollars, and we would only receive a refund for a partial amount of the original price (b/c we removed the packaging). None of it is clearly outlined, so we feel that by returning it we could end up with nothing at all, or just a couple hundred dollars. We're stuck with it and it's a terrible feeling b/c we saved up to buy what we thought was going to be a luxurious mattress. I have never been so disgusted in a purchase or felt more cheated by a store!!

Nice product
The product and price were and are great. Shipping was a bit off a mess however. I didn't receive the bed slats and when I did, one was broken and the wrong amount was sent.

Great so far
We ordered a mattress and box springs online (scary). In reading about choosing a mattress, they said that for side sleepers a medium was good and for back sleepers a firm was better. Since my husband is a side sleeper, and having a problem with hip and shoulder pain, we went with the medium. So far we have been very satisfied. I tend to think it is a little soft for me (a back sleeper with back problems), but so far, I can't say it has created any major problems for me. The gentlemen who delivered it were nice and took away the old mattress. The estimated 7:00 am delivery time was a bit early for us, however, and they called at 7:00 am to say they would be late (we were already up and awaiting their arrival, so not much help there). Otherwise, about a month later, no issues.
