Well...I have YET to receive my mattress. Unfortunately since it's "oversized" the trucking company will only deliver certain days, and since I leave on the eastern side of Washington State, "they don't like to come over hear often, and do the local (20 miles) deliveries" So I received a phone call in January and they couldn't schedule me until the first of February. So once I receive my mattress....maybe I can post a review for my actual product....but as far as trying to get the product, I am thoroughly disappointed.
