More light than heat
The product produces more orange light and less heat. The infrared heat seem to cause mild sun-burn. Not suitable to my situation.

some what disapointing
it did not mention that you needed to have an unbrella without the cranck other wise is useless--seems big for the large umbrella that i have--made me feel it might caugh on fire because it seem to be larger and to close to the top and not far from whom ever will be sitting under it. it's a hazle to return because i'll have to pay out of pocket to send it back

A terrific product
Easy to install and slide down so you can fold down the heaters when wanting to close the umbrella. Gives out great heat and the light it casts a warm and inviting light which is great for dining. I went to the manufactures website and was impressed that they take pride in their product. The Overstock price was terrific! I'm hooked on o.co!

You could toast bread on this puppy.
Haven't had much of a chance to try this out yet, but it puts out a lot of heat and the feature that allows you to use from 1 to 3 heating elements is nice. Be prepared to plug it into an extension cord, as the cord is not too long. The manufacturer specifies use of a specific extension cord type, due to the fact this baby runs on 1500 watts.
