The website should specify that this bean bag is sized for small children. I bought this bean bag as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old nephew. It is way to small for him to sit in comfortably. I did read the dimensions listed on the site, but remember my old bean bags as a child expanding and filling out when sat in. This bean bag is too small for anyone beyond toddler years and is stiff... not what I remember a bean bag being. Disappointed.

I bought the bean bag lounge chair for my two year old granddaughter. It is comfortable enough for me to sit on while I'm visiting her. The color is perfect in her room and she loves to sit on it.

This is a smaller bean bag perfect for children. My daughter loves it.

The product is as described. The bean bag chairs are loved by my grand children. I found the polystyrene beads are not going to hold up for long they are already collapsing. Gives children something to lay and watch tv on. I purchased a second one a week later.

Chair is bright blue and the vinyl is easy to clean. Chair size is only for preschool age children.

I got this bean bag chair for my husband on our anniversary because he had said he wanted one. It is so comfortable we all use it, including our two small children. I like the corduray fabric, because it is soft and looks nice. We also like how lightweight it is and easy to carry from room to room, depending on where we want to sit. We've only had it a month, so I can't say how long the fabric will hold up. I'm even thinking of getting a second one!

I bought this for my daughter's ninth birthday, it is perfectly sized for her and she loves it, moving it all over the house to wherever she wants to sit. It would be too small for a teenager. It is tightly filled with beads, but I think it will settle with use. The soft green color is perfect, not too bright.

I just got my bean bag chair! I ordered the beige color in the largest size. It's just great! I love it! It's just what I expected. The fabric is warm and comfortable. The filling is comfortable inside and I didn't have to do a thing. Just opened the box and there it was. Instant chair. I got this chair for the overflow of children that sometimes fill up my living room. I don't have room for another piece of furniture, but the bean bag chair can move easily and the teenagers and my four yr. old will love it when the couch is full. Great buy!

More comfortable than I expected! We do not have a couch at the apartment, so my roommates thought it was such a good idea because it is affordable and super comfortable, so we all love using it. Good size for an adult or children, and if your beads get old, you can always replace them for a very cheap price. Easy to move and store especially if you do not live at home.

Bulky not comfortable, not recomended for 13 or older. If you have alot of space to fill and want some place for your young kids to jump on, then this is what you want!

This is a great bean bag for small children who do not weigh over 60 lbs. Do not purchase this bean bag if you're looking for a comfortable for you child to sit on.

I purchased 2 of these bean bags for my summer home. They are used by my 9 and 6 year old children. They are a little rough on furniture. These are indestructable and look great.

I actually got this bean bag as a bed for my dogs, they are Chinese Cresteds and do not have fur, so I knew they would love the covering of this bean bag and they DO! It is excellent, I just wish I could take the cover off to wash it.

I bought my children the purple and blue bean bags. They are thrilled with them. They love to watch television while sitting in them. They seem to be made to handle the rough housing that has taken place in the short time we have had them. I bought the larger bean bags because I wanted to make sure they would be able to use them as they grew.

I ordered two of these bean bags for my 3 and 5 year old for Christmas. I wanted to order a large size, durable chair that would grow with my children and last for years to come. These bean bags did not disappoint! The chairs were large enough for an adult and very comfortable. The microsuede cover wipes of easily. The chairs are easy to move with the attached handle.

I am very pleased with this memory foam sack! I got it in the color pewter and it goes perfectly with my "corduroy" couch! I like to sit on the floor and this is perfect for that. It's very comfortable, good quality and not just a "bean bag" chair. It is perfect for lounging, watching a movie, or typing on a laptop. It is almost big enough for two small people or children. When it arrived, it felt hard as a rock, and I had to cut the entire box apart to get it out. I wasn't really sure where to begin to fluff it up. It came with no instructions on how to "fluff" it. I kept it zipped up and just started trying to break it down. It was a bit of a workout grabbing the foam and "breaking" it up into the tiny pieces. It began to fluff up and the little memory foam "beads" started filling up the sack. When I first sat on it, it still felt a bit hard, so I just fluffed it up some more, and it is now feeling comfy. It took me about 10-15 min to fluff it, and could probably still use a bit more fluffing, but I got tired of fluffing it up haha. Overall, it goes perfectly and I am very happy and would definitely recommend this to a friend. I say cheaper than a recliner, but this sack definitely sits lower to the ground than a recliner, so if you have difficulty getting up, you might want to stick to the recliner.

The product is pink and fuzzy, as it is pictured. The kids love having their own little seat each (ordered 2) and I love that the bean bag chairs are exactly the same (no arguing!). My only issue is: one of the beanbags arrived not completely stitched. It was a Christmas gift so it was necessary to repair the problem quickly because the beans were starting to fall out. Other than that minor issue, so far so good with these.

I bought this to use as a seating option in my apartment living room until I found the desired sofa/chair arrangement I was looking for. I thought that I would be able use it in another room after I did purchase a sofa. The product page states that this product CAN'T BE RETURNED ONCE BOX IS OPENED (important to note) -- once the shipment arrived, it was obvious why. This XXLarge Lounge Chair was compressed into a 24", 70lb cube! After (finally) getting it inside, it took me about 1.5 hours to fully unpack it. This involved rolling the cube around the room, kicking, punching, pulling...whatever it took to get the compressed foam to expand. It was a gym-free workout. However, the chemical smell that came from this thing was awful. It made me sick for several days -- terrible headaches -- until the smell finally went away. The first few days, I did find it comfortable to sit on...it was cozy. However, it quickly became hard and lumpy requiring "re-fluffing" to make it tolerable. The foam seemed to separate and I would sink when sitting on it, nearly being on the floor (I'm "average"...5'10", 135lbs). I have back problems and while I initially thought the foam would provide support (like a memory foam mattress pad), this made my back much worse. Despite the product description and photos, I can't see how this would seat more than one adult "comfortably" -- a couple of children, sure. But not adults. When I finally did bring in a sofa, I tried to move this down the hall to another room, thinking since I spent the money on it I would keep it. However, it was so cumbersome that it got STUCK in the hallway and I actually had to crawl over it for several days until someone was able to help me get it out. I had to get rid of it. I offered it (for free) to several people, but no one wanted it. So I took it to Goodwill and they took it...because they said they could recycle the foam! Conclusion: save your money, don't buy this product. There are several other types of lounge chairs or bean-bag chairs available on Overstock that have to be better than this.

Plan the perfect cowboy birthday party for your little cowhands and their posse with a Western-themed party. With the right decorations, games and food, you can create a hoedown that your child and his or her friends will remember for years to come. Find cowboy party supplies and crafts for a colossal cowboy party, and don't forget to capture every moment with your camera. Invitations. Create cowboy party invitations that look like "wanted" posters using recycled brown cardstock paper. Print a black-and-white picture of the cowboy or cowgirl of honor in the center and use an old-style font or block lettering. Include the time and place for the round-up on the cowboy party invitations. Use fun phrases such as "howdy partner" and "saddle up for the showdown" for added laughs. Ask guests to come in their favorite cowboy attire, including rugged jeans, flannels and boots. Decorations. For cowboy party decorations, cover tables with red and white tablecloths. Display "wanted" posters of the birthday cowboy or cowgirl throughout the cowboy party room. Add balloons in colors of red, white and blue. Shape strands of rope into lassos and place them on the tables or hang them on chairs. Use bandanas or a Western-themed fabric for place mats. Create large cutouts of cacti, horses and cowboys for decorations. Bales of hay, stalks of corn and other items can add to the cowboy party decorations. Place bottles of water or juice boxes in a wheelbarrow filled with ice for refreshments. Dress up. Costumes and clothing can add to the cowboy birthday party theme. Because all guests may not know each other, give each guest a name tag cut to look like a sheriff's badge. Use silver cardstock cut into star shapes and attach the name tags with safety pins or tape. Provide guests with bandanas in a variety of colors. Give each guest a straw cowboy hat and a water pistol for an authentic cowboy look. Games. Though cowboys can be serious, there is nothing like having several fun games planned for even the roughest, toughest cowboy to enjoy. If you're holding a summer party, tell all cowboys and cowgirls to bring their swimsuit for a shoot-out using water pistols. Have a galloping contest; use brooms as pretend ponies and have races to see whose horse is the fastest. Old-fashioned potato-sack jumping contests are easy to assemble. Hold a boot toss contest: Have children toss bean bags, gold coins or other cowboy party supplies into an old pair of worn cowboy boots. Food. Create an old-fashioned homemade spread, complete with a cowboy party cake. Barbecued hamburgers and hot dogs or sloppy joes are always a favorite for little cowboys and cowgirls. Salsa and chips, beef jerky and even pulled pork sandwiches are additional ideas. Corn on the cob and cornbread are traditional cowboy staples. Create a cowboy party cake in the shape of a hat, pony or boot to continue the theme. Goodie bags. Thank each guest for coming by giving them a galvanized pail filled with cowboy party favors. Fill each pail with a small amount of straw or hay. Add trail mix, gold coins and licorice rope to each pail. Tie pieces of raffia or fabric for additional decoration to the pail's handle. For other cowboy party favors, consider purchasing small plastic harmonicas, sheriff badges and cowboy figurines. View All Crafts Back to Guides Directory View All Crafts
