    • No, the 800-464 does not have the try-ply bottom. I ordered one on the basis of overtockcustomercare1's answer to my Sept 7 question and it has the thin ~20 gauge bottom. I returned the first pot and the replacement pot had the same non-try-ply bottom. If you want the try-ply bottom brew kit, look for p/n 800-416. Overstock does carry a undrilled 16 gallon pot: p/n 1316. As an aside, Overstock made it very easy to return it.
