This is very heavy...make sure you have some good muscles around to lift it in the oven when it's full! Be sure and measure your oven to be sure it can handle this beast. I took off one star because the lid doesn't fit tight. I like to cook with either stainless or cast iron because they last better and you dont have to worry about the toxic metals getting to your food. I never use non-stick coatings because they are toxic....
