The shelves arrived quickly and no assembly required. The frame appears to be sturdy. I'm not crazy about the light colored composite shelves that the baskets sit on. A darker color and real wood would really enhance this piece. The baskets appear sturdy as well, although the fabric liners are a bit thin and chintzy looking. All in all this is a great, esthetically pleasing way to store files and a great alternative to ugly metal filing cabinets. Seems like it would blend well with any type of decor.

These baskets are very high quality and nice. I have some built-in shelves in my bathroom that I've put them on. They look great! I highly recommend these. You won't be disappointed!

Received these just in time for my project. I am building a custom bathroom vanity that will have only shelves. No drawers or doors. The baskets will be my contemporary approach to storage. They look very nice and good quality

Overall its a great purchase. A little bit smaller and shorter than I had anticipated, but overall the shelf fully carries out its duty. Wishes that the drawers were a bit wider and deeper. On first recieving the product and taking out of the box, on the sides, it showed to be dusty and a few nicks here and there, but nothing noticeable at all. Just wiped it off with a damp cloth! Overall a great purchase tho. Designer look and practically combined! So great price for the product.

The baskets are attractive & quite large. We used them on some high shelves to store different things & they look nice. The quality of the workmanship could be better for the price. One of the handles wasn't attached properly & the willow was broken making a sharp corner. I may put a fabric liner in the baskets in the future.

I really like this basket. True, it does flop on the sides, not rigid at all, but I it is very pretty and lightweight. I am using it on a shelf in my laundry room to hold used plastic supermarket bags. It is easy for me to take off and on shelf. Plus it really is a nice looking piece.

I picked up 3 sets of these (9 baskets in all) to use on built-in shelving in our mud/laundry room. They are shipped flat. All you have to do is "shift" the sides up (think broken down box) and swing the base down; it is hinged and is supported by metal clips. I have put 2 irons in one and had no problem with the base breaking down. They are a nice dark brown stain which looks great on the shelves. The "green stripe" choice is actually green gingham check; very pretty removable liner. Overall I am happy with these. Was looking for baskets that were all the same size rather than those that nest and this works perfectly. The only "complaint" I have is that they have a really stinky smell... think sweaty gym shoes. I've had them a few days and can't say the smell has subsided but I am optimistic. Probably wouldn't notice the smell if there weren't 9 of them in a 14'x8' room. If it wasn't for the smell, I would have given 5 stars.

I like these baskets a lot. They helped me to organize several shelves that were out of control!

Baskets are very attractive and fit nicely on narrow closet shelf. They are a bit smaller than they appear but hold quite a bit of stuff.

They're very easy to assemble but if you plan to store small items, the edges inside tend to have a gap. They served my purpose and fit neatly in the middle shelf of my coffee table. Has surely taken care of a lot of clutter. One more thing, they do have an odd smell but it does go away.

I really like this product & get compliments on it. I wanted something different & this was it. The only thing I didn't like is that I had to assemble the shelves but there were not enough screws. When I open the box they were loose inside the packaging. But overall, this is really nice. I like that I can take the basket off the shelf & bring it to my desk when I need to go through the files - makes it convenient.

A perfect solution for keeping files in a home office. Much more attractive than a metal file cabinet. I like that you can easily lift the baskets from the shelf to look for a file, I may order another one.

Without a storage closet, my office was in need of something more interesting boxes to store supplies. These baskets fit the shelves, can be folded if not needed, and add order to the room.

Spent too long trying to have the holes in the bracket align with the shelf supports. Clearly, the holes for the screw/bold assembly were out of place in every combination we tried to secure them. We ended up having the rack spot-welded by our local mechanic to secure the brackets in place. Only then did it become a functional unit; it certainly would have been useless if we didn't have that means to overcome the misaligned holes. The size of this is a bit deeper front to back than I imagined but I'm currently using this rack to hold root vegetables in my kitchen. The top basket (smallest) easily holds two bags of large ontions (3 lbs each) with room to spare; I use the second basket to hold about 8-10 lbs of weet potatoes and the lower basket holds about another 5 lbs worth of white potatoes. I think this would be a great additon for storage for many uses and because it is a sturdy piece - even the baskets are well made and sturdy and don't flake or snap into pieces over weighted items, this should hold up quite a while. I plan to seal the baskets to protect from stains (-- may be a cute idea to paint or detail somehow, but I like the natural look so far). so they hold their original color over time.

After extensive searching for wooden crates to use in an open shelf closet, I purchaed these. The 3 sets of 3 arrived and smelled like fresh pine. They now are filled and making my closet function while looking great. The only season I didn't give a 5 star rating is I would have liked the wood to be a little thicker.

Yea they smell a bit at first, but it does go away. Narrow enough to fit on regular bookshelves. It wouldn't fit on a paperback narrow shelf unit. Used them to hide ugly computer software boxes in bedroom office.

These sturdy fabric bins fit nicely on a shelf but hide the cluttered look.
Many people give their decorative accessories a place to shine by putting them on niches, cupboards, and shelves. However, they may overlook one of the ideal spots for showcasing their favorite decorative accessories: the top of a bookshelf. Whether it's a tall corner shelf or a lower modular piece, the surface on top of a bookshelf offers a flat area to arrange art, vases, framed photos, baskets, statues, and sculptures.
