as someone had mentioned it is raised up from floor to cushion feet so it works better in an area other than hall plus it might get slippery at entrance or shower area .I have it in front of my kitchen sink and it is super. My daughter got the brown coppery shade and it looks very rich looking almost like leather.my shade is a dull finish so it is all in the look you want.

I got this to go in front of my black kitchen sink. I love it. Also, I will write another review in time to see how it holds up. So far it is working perfectly, lies flat, provides great cushion, and I like that I can wipe it clean as opposed to laundering a rug constantly.

Material quality just fine EXCEPT MFGR PACKAGED ROLLED UP. let sit for 2 weeks to allow it to flatten. Never did completely & caused dangerous tripping problem on ALL edges, not just one. Definately go for the higher quality mats. Shame cause the color was great.

Love this mat and it saves my back from the fatigue I used to experience when cooking. I was glad to read a review that cautioned about getting a large enough size for your space, so I measured and ordered the perfect mat.

The pad looks as promised, is comfortable to work on but the covering material is not tough enough and ripped almost immediately. Still using it and taped up the ripped part. For the price, I would have thought it was more durable.

I looked at mats similar to these in local retailers - they were pricey. These are of excellent quality, beautiful color and functional! I bought three to accomodate the kitchen layout. The beveled edges prevent tripping. Always pleased with my O.co purchases:)

This is a very great mat and it makes standing at the sink doing dishes so much less painful!! The gel molds to your feet so when you walk off the mat - you're feet are still imprinted - but that goes away in short bit. Great product - easy to clean and looks great! It did arrive rolled up and I was leery that it was going to flatten out - but it did and I love it!!

We ordered the mocha color and it had a very gray "blah" look to it. It was not the cream color that the web and even the paperwork looked.
