  The color of the bar was a little darker than it looked online but thats ok I was actually glad it was darker. I put this in a living room along with a loveseat I ordered at the same time and they go great together. I did have a bit of damage on the bar at the bottom of the bar but I contacted Overstock and they were very helpful and ordered a new bar for the bar right away. Overall, I am very pleased and love this bar !

  Although the design is very pretty, the picture-only directions are bizarre! I could not get any further instructions by going online or directly to the manufacturer. I have put many pieces together in the past, but I've never encountered directions like these. Also, one of the metal tubes was defective; however the company was prompt in sending me a new piece, so that is a positive. I am giving a "yes" recommendation, but with caution regarding putting piece together.

  I was so excited to get this bar but very soon was disappointed, first off it came in 1,000 pieces with only pictures as directions to put together, no big deal, but just heads up it will take a bit to put together. We quickly found that the front main piece had a huge gash in it when it arrived so we immediately halted in putting it together. We called customer service who sent a replacement piece, however a whole another bar showed up....with a deep gash on the exact same piece! I called once again, and once again they sent a replacement piece, however another whole bar showed up, this time no gash, but the hinge on the main piece was broken and the door wouldn't close/open correctly. At this point I gave up and returned it...all 3.... something is obviously wrong with the manufacture, specifically on the front door piece.
