I was looking for more storage, and had been considering buying a storage bench when I saw this ottoman. I bought two of them, to sit in front of two matching chairs that needed ottomans. They are great! As other reviewers have said, they aren't flimsy, and don't require assembly. They are very dark brown (almost black) and are on the small side (OK with me because I live in an apartment). I'm pleased with how much storage space is inside. They are perfect for holding my 4 year old niece's toys--and, the lids won't smash down on her little fingers! They are super functional...you can sit on them, use them as a table when sitting on the floor, plus--they don't slide away when you prop your feet up on them! They arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended. This is my second positive experience buying furniture from Overstock.com! I will definately purchase more.

It arrived today and all I had to do was take it out of the box. The shipping was very fast. It totally meets and exceeds my expectations. It's a very nice piece of furniture. It looks just like the picture. It's very soft and well made. Highly Recommend!!

The two espresso colored cube ottomans were delivered promptly. The ottomans were in separate heavy gauge boxes ,each piece was enclosed in a fabric bag. The color is fantastic, the workmanship perfect. I am very particular regarding purchases. Thank you to all that wrote a review that helped me decide to try these pieces. This was my first experience with Overstock.com. I am pleased.

I balked at purchasing this ottoman because of it's 18 x 18 length and with. I did think that it would be big enough to match the chair I had but, it is great. As Crackhead Bob once said, "D'ottaly D'awesome".

Have to say I totally agree with all the previous reviews that helped me make the decision to purchase this particular ottoman. Just opened the box and began using it in my familyroom. No assembly necessary what so ever. Holds a nice size afghan, remote and guides. Constructed well, sturdy and leather is quite substancial. The leather is a dark brown. Nice addition to our home.
