Our mirror shipped very quickly. It was a little smaller than I anticipated, but still an adequate size for the area where I intended to put it. The detail of the frame showed online was exactly the same when I opened the package, however, the color is much darker. It's more of a pewter color, not a shiny silver. Fortunately, that was what I was looking for so for me, this product was perfect.
