I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas last year. She is 19 years old. I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and detail of this photo album's cover. My daughter was absolutely thrilled when she opened her gift. It is one of her treasured items in her african and elephant decor bedroom. The album did smell weird for quite awhile, but has eventually lost the odor. The pages do not have anything to hold the pictures on, so you need to have a photo-friendly adhesive. I recommend it for anyone that loves elephants!

It is exactly what I thought it was going to be. The workmanship of the carving on the front is absolutely beautiful.

Like the texture and feel of the pages. It helped to enhance the detail pieces of page layouts. The peculiar smell of the product was not pleasant to me, but dissipates when left open in the fresh air for a bit. Fun to workwith. Like the look. Wish it were larger (12x12)

If you like unusal,you'll love these albums.The banana bark is beautiful and the the inside page paper is perfect all by itself.They make excellent gifts also. You will want them all.

I have priced these out at home and on vacation. I didn't feel like carrying one or two home on my last vacation so was happy I could get this on Overstock.. This is a nice size and looks great on a cocktail table at the same time. Great gift idea too.

It was smaller than I expected, but the apperance of it is beautiful. The picture does no justice. I was very glad I ordered it. It's going to make a great gift

Bought a quantity for family members; pictures of husband's visit to Mom with Alzheimers. Pix of his visit plus room for each family to add their own special memory pix and suggest they show Mom on visits. Album is unique and delicate and makes very special memento. However, the corner pocket clasps are extremely tedious and time consuming to work with, so it meant many extra hours on this project. But Mom has lifetime collection of elephant items, so this was perfect. Also, in our new "Green" environment, this fits the bill, and it really is unique. CJ

I first saw this product on another web site and book marked it because I knew it would be a great gift for my Aunt who travels. Well I never ordered it and when I went to find it again it wasn't there. Good thing I checked with OverStock.com. My Aunt just got back from her latest trip to Africa and we just gave it to her last night. She loved it. Thank you OverStock. The book is beautiful. Very happy with purchase.

We spent a week in Bangkok where my daughter bought one of these at the night market for about 10 USD. I wanted to return to get myself one before we had to leave but wasnt able to. They are so pretty and perfect to put all our mementos from our stay in Asia these past years. I am buying one! Thank you Overstock for bringing the world to our mailbox.
