Bamboo and Stainlesss Steel Large Trolley with Drawer

I bought this item because I was looking for a stand for my microwave. This one was good fit because the top of the cart was big enough for my 1.1 cf microwave. I really like the stainless steel top and the fact that is was made out of bamboo ( as opposed to particle board). It assembled fairly easily, but it was a good thing I have a power drill. The three marks I have against this product is that 1) the wheels only loosely fit in the legs, so if you were to lift the cart up the wheels would slide out. 2) the drawer is a little sticky. The bamboo drawer rides in a grove in the cart's frame, if you're off by a few mm when putting the thing together the drawer will have its sticking points. 3) I was hoping I could store my stand mixer on the bottom, but the basket isn't quite sturdy enough and the distance b/tw the basket and wine rack is not quite tall enough.

My assembled cart looks very nice and is sturdy. It takes two people to assemble it, unless you have three hands. The drawer pieces are flimsy until screwed together: USE GLUE in all the crevices before screwing everything together. This is also true for the cross pieces that attach the legs together. Wipe the excess off with a wet paper towel so the work looks neat. ** Too bad that the surface below the stainless steel top is just a few pieces of wood and not even a very thin, solid piece. This means that over time and with minimal use, the surface will scratch and wear so that the the metal surface will sink into the spaces between the slats. Do not use pressure on it: it is not a cutting surface. ** However, that said, it is perfect for my kitchen and how I will use it. I love the service and products that I have purchased from Overstock.

It was easy to put together and looks wonderful! I believe it is an excellent value for the price.
