I bought this for use in our very small laundry area at our cabin. It works. The fold down leaves create a small folding area when needed, and the shelves and side baskets are adequate for holding my laundry supplies. The fact that it can be easily rolled out gives us the option of storing brooms, etc., behind it. I can also pull it out and put a small ironing board on top.My husband put it together in about an hour.For our purpose, it is excellent. It would have 5 stars all around if the materials were just the slightest bit sturdier.

I love the look of this item, however, it is rather unstable as a piece of furniture for Kitchen. We had to use a drill to open up some of the pieces to have room to insert the legs into the body of the rack.
