  • Cute but not a bench!

    This bench is not strong enough to sit on, so should not be considered a bench. I added support brackets under the top piece to give it strength, but still wouldn't sit on it. It is very cute in the bathroom to place towels and clean clothes on. It needs to be oiled before using because any water will leave a mark.

    This piece of furniture replaces milk crates, and it is worth the money. The furniture piece is sturdy enough to allow us to sit on it while we change our shoes and it makes are back porch less cluttered. I have had this for almost a year now and nothing major has broken, so far happy.

    This is a very nice looking and very functional bench, it goes well with my red oak hardwood floor. The assemble was a little challenging as I found the holes for Phillips screws were too small. I contacted the company for help, they did a research and agreed that holes they made did not match with diameter of screws, then sent me another kit that I did not have any problem to assemble together. I am very happy with my purchase and with the way the manufacturer's customer support handled the issue.The most important, my husband likes it as it feels very durable for his heavy weight and probably will serve for a long time.
