    the hardware that was meant to come with the item was not packed with it, and not even Overstock was able to get the supplying company to cough it up. Customer service email could not manage to keep the email thread straight. Really curious problem.

  • Poor quality!

    Very poor quality. Put this together on a Saturday afternoon and it took me several hours. Pieces were missing, the bamboo shelves were not even, and the bamboo had some splinters. Not to mention after I assembled the pieces, the instructions did not label certain parts correctly. I did figure it out. Was upset over the quality. I am never buying furniture again online ever!
