This Bench comes in a box, in several pieces. I guess I just assumed it was coming put together. The directions are horrible, one little paper with 4 pictures that are not so clear on where the nuts and bults go (no writing, just pics). I had to take apart the glider parts a few times before figuring it out on my own. If had clear directions could have been put together much faster. Also, is missing 4 nails to attach the front board, which is not even on the directions. Once put together, it does look nice and sturdy. Looks great on my patio.

The glider is beautiful and comfortable, but the directions were diagram only and hard to see (some pictures too small). The bench, itself, is sturdy, but the glider creaks and is not smooth.

The glider came in great shape & already stained, very nice looking. Glides ok my husband had to loosen the screws a bit because at first they were a bit tight & it wasn't gliding smoothly. The directions were just a picture but my husband put it together pretty quickly. All in all a good buy & I'm happy with my purchase.

After unpacking, I noticed that one of the main wooden pieces was broken. Overstock did a good job of sending out a replacement. Most of the wood pieces have a nice dense feel. But a few of the pieces look/feel like a different wood than the shorea -- kind of looks (less grain) and feels (noticeably lighter) like stained pine. The gliding mechanism is smooth but without much of a range of motion. Instructions are horrible. Definitely needs some weatherproof finishing if kept outdoors.

Good quality seating for 2. Assembly involved. Heavy to move for one person but we will put a cover over it and leave it on our cement patio for the winter. Mfg should provide a ' metal brad type foot' for the leg bottom so the wood does not sit on the ground directly. Otherwise, good quality/price.

This bench looks pretty good once assembled. The only bad thing is that there were some rough edges that we had to sand a little and we did put a waterproof sealant on it so that it is a bit more weatherproof. It is pretty comfortable but I would suggest getting a cushion if you are planning on sitting on it for more than 15 minutes. It glides wonderfully.

This has had only light use (will it ever stop raining?!), but so far so good. It's big enough for an adult and two kids and seems to be solidly built. The assembly took about an hour, including two small children "helping." The instructions are drawings only--no text--and left a few things open to interpretation, but overall was easy to assemble. Tools were included, but I used my power screwdriver with an allen bit to save time. I'm curious to see how this stands up to weather and use over time, but my first impression is a solid glider and a good value for the money.

The bench had a broken decorative piece. I glued it back together and it is not noticeable. THe bench was easy to assemble and well constructed. Some of the edges had splinters and needed light sanding. This product will require several coats of a protective finish if it is to be used outside as we plan. It is a confortable size for two people.

It is beautiful what you see is what you get. I now want the matching chairs lol.

I am very pleased with this glider. It was easy to put together. It looks great and is well constructed of shorea. It should last for a long time. We have put it out on a covered porch and it is perfect. We are really pleased with this purchase.
