Very exotic! unique! a real conversation piece
I got this stand as a side table between 2 leather club chairs in our cabin. They are tall with high rolled arms, so I needed something taller than the standard 2' for a side table, plus, I didn't want anything large. I currently have it sitting in my dining room with a Venetian vase on it. It looks so good I might have to get another one for the cabin! Be careful, as the coins are cut at the top to fit the edge of the table top, and one coin has cracked (softly) at a corner. I think I can repair it. I love it so much, I don't want to send it back. Also, I plan on getting a piece of glass cut to fit the top, as dust and beverage rings will not be good for it. Awesome piece. It's definitely one of a kind!!
