Better than expected
I am stunned by easy it is to raise and lower the shade. I had no idea that some brilliant engineer had finally made a shade that is safe for my grandchildren, super easy for me to raise and lower daily and absolutely beautiful! I'm rarely this happy with my order. It certainly exceeded my expectations.

very cool shade
I purchased these blinds for a bedroom. Very easy to hang-- absolutely dummy proof. They are easy to lower and raise simply by pulling down or guiding them up. They have a black lining for street side, which looks nice from the outside, but there is a plastic light wood tone frame that holds the base of the blind in place. It looks like a funky rectangle in your window--really strange from the outside and the reason I took away one star. The blinds are so nice, however, that I'm planning on trying to stain the framing for a better appearance.
